When I was still in a krewe for Mardi Gras, my whole float would get there at 5:30AM to drink bloody marys and hang in the street. It was awesome people watching as a lot of downtown partiers and service industry folks would roll in around that time.

I'm 27 and didn't start drinking until I was 22. And after that it was always with friends. I had my first drink in a bar when I was 25. So I don't have much to go off, but I like Pengilly's here in Boise.
