I'm not familiar with any of the products in your link, but I live in Texas and buy Delta8 cbd/thc vapes. They are nice -very relaxing, but you're not stoned off your arse like you would be if you smoked a bowl/blunt. The CBD aspect of the vape helps me sleep much better without feeling groggy the next morning like I would when I'd smoke a bowl before bed.I have no idea how it is legal for me to buy thc at a CBD store in Texas, but i'm for it. Hope this helps

I used D8 to wean off Suboxone. It was tough but I was able to sleep at night and keep working by taking d8 tincture drops or the gummies. The best value right now is the Tinctures. I take them almost everyday for back pain. The carts are trash for your lungs and harsh. Take the gummies or tincture with food it helps it kick in. It is like THC training wheels for people who aren't ready to puff tough.

I’m not prescribed. However, what I know is while the quality is good, the price is sky high. What you linked is for your regular, recreationally illegal weed from the state (known no as delta 9 bc of the emergence of delta 8). There are a lot of issues that will hopefully be resolved in the next 2-3 years, mainly that production is very limited causing high prices. Also, flower will be available next year, so offerings will increase (still have a bottleneck in production because only a few approved growers). Again, biggest issue here is high prices.
Delta 8 is what is now somehow legal and sold online and in CBD/head shops and comes in a variety of forms, but not flower. I suggest googling kosher Steele farms if you want to try it. By it’s completely different from what you linked,it has not been made illegal because it is derived from hemp.

When will the flower be avalaible at Louisiana dispensaries? Will every dispensery offer the same product? Can you go to any one or just the one near you ?

I read on line that La passed a law that will allow flowers to be sold at the dispensaries in January 2022. I don't know the answers to your other questions. Maybe that info is on line.
I expected that there would be some very knowledgeable folks to get involved in this thread, so, we should keep it bumped for updates from them.

Those interested only want the real thing, reefer. Same goes for real CBD. That market never exploded as projected and the vast majority are losing money now, even the big industrial plants in the Pacific Northwest
