I thought the author died and his mother had it published. Who autographed your copy?

Edit: I see I'm not the only a-hole to point this out... Proceed

I lost my wedding album in the flood. That’s the only thing I regret losing.

Why do you keep 43 cents in the freezer, Chris?

Assuming I got my dog out first and then my wife, I’m running back in for my 1981 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty.

Am I the only one not going back in if all family is out? Smoke inhalation is how the healthy and fit dad died on This is Is.

Title says the house is on fire and where there is fire, there is smoke. Point being, I'm not taking that chance no matter how safe it seems over stuff.

My dogs if that’s not considered family. I have a Rolex but it’s insured and not worth the risk of dying over. I have some guns but nothing with any sentimental value. I can’t think of anything really.

I’d say my ‘68 twin reverb but I’d die before I could lug that heavy fricker out

Had one in 1973, had two JBL K120 speakers, even heavier. Dude wanted to borrow it, told him if he could carry it across my dorm room without sitting it down he could, he didn’t make it.

Your fire proof safe probably isn't going to stand up to a full on burn to the ground house fire. Just saying.

All our important documents and flash drives with pics and videos are also in a fireproof safe

There are no fireproof safes, they are fire rated, with different ratings based on how high the internal temperature will be limited, and for what period of time. Safes rated to protect paper are usually not adequate for digital media which will be damaged at a much lower temperature than paper.

Just my safe that holds all the important stuff like birth certificates and social security cards.

After the family and documents are safe, the only real important thing to me that’s left is my PC, but that’s totally replaceable like everything else in the house.
