I remember it well. I remember it was less than a day after I coded and had to be rushed from the CICU to the OR for a second emergency heart surgery that you first stated your wish for my ultimate demise.

There is so much anger, hatred and meanness in the world already. Can we leave it apart from the sacred grounds of the OT, please? Seeing strife and words filled with rage hurts me and it hurts everyone who reads them.
