Diet is WAY more important than exercise in losing weight.

The only legal fat burner I have found to be very effective is an ephedrine/caffeine stack.

Eat less. The older you get, the less exercise alone works.

CLA, look it up. It's a fat burner your body naturally mAkes. In addition to working out, and cutting carbs and going toward a high protein diet, I've lost 8 pounds in a little under a mouth. Now I have great metabolism and naturally can lose and put on weight like its nothing, but I do think it's has accelerated my weight loss because I havent done as much running/sprint/field work as I would like

This is why you lost weight, not CLA

These things are a scam, you moron. Run, row a boat, go to the gym. And lay off the bacon flavored ice cream and triple cheeseburgers.

Mix up your exercise routine. Try to cut out as much sugar and sodium as you can manage.

The only thing that helped me after I hit a wall was long distance running.

people saying exercise aren't really answering the question. Exercise is a given.

ECA stack is the answer (without the A)

And more people care about the number on the scale than body fat percentage

Because they're dumb. They look in the mirror and see they're fat. They assume they're fat because they weigh a lot and all they need to do is lose weight. For a simpleton, operating in a caloric deficit will get the job done but that's a shitty way to go about it. Better to focus on eating whole foods with the proper nutrients they need, and if you stick to such a diet- I guarantee you won't even feel like overeating.

People always say to just watch your calories, as if it's the easiest way. When really if you went to the grocery store and loaded up on chicken, fish, veggies, nuts and no junk- you wouldn't even need to count calories. You'd lose fat, gain energy, feel better.

Been out the supplement game for years. I'd like to drop 20-30lbs, been working out and doing a lot of cardio but hardly any results. Would like to jump start my progress.

Back in the day xenadrine, hydroxycut, ripped fuel, etc were the go to guys.

What's the new thing?

Step1: put down the fork
Step2: pick up the running shoes
Step3: burn more calories than you intake
Step4: its not rocket science

I've been taking Ripped Fuel for over 20 years and I've survived five cardiac events. That stuff is great.

I took some of that ephedrine Xenadrine back when it first came out unregulated about 17 years ago or so and thought I was going to die in the gym one day. heart was out of control and I never touched that crap again. supplements are a sucker's game.

Phentermine

There's a obgyn here that gives it to new moms after birth or after breast feeding to help them lose weight.
