Definitely. Helps to lose weight in those stubborn areas like love handles and teeth.

It doesn't really matter what it is along as your heart rate is elevated into your target zone for a certain amount of time

When selecting meals, pretend you are on a broke college student type budget. You'll only eat twice a day.

None of those shite worked for me. Low carb did wonders though.

Interval training works better than anything else I've done. It's the only way I run and the pounds melt away. That's at ~25 minutes a day. Couple that with keeping carbs < 100 a day (this is where a lot of people struggle) + .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight, it's hard not to lose weight under this plan.

This weight loss formula ain't hard people. You just have to be willing to push yourself to uncomfortable levels of intensity.

Hard work and discipline.

Put down the fork. It won't be easy, but it'll be the best decision you'll ever make in your life.

CLA, look it up. It's a fat burner your body naturally mAkes. In addition to working out, and cutting carbs and going toward a high protein diet, I've lost 8 pounds in a little under a mouth. Now I have great metabolism and naturally can lose and put on weight like its nothing, but I do think it's has accelerated my weight loss because I havent done as much running/sprint/field work as I would like

If you haven't before, start intermittent fasting. Google it.

cut down your sugars to as close to 0 as you can and do cardio.

fyi...sugar doesn't necessarily mean carbs. if you work out you need foods with "good" carbs and no sugar

I've read up on it and it sounds promising. I'm trying to gain lean mass right now, though. I wonder if it can still help me.

Weight loss is 30% gym and 70% nutrition... Control your eating and you won't need to waste your money on fat burners.
