Spencer’s is always fun.

Banana Republic is solid.

H&M is nice to have in a pinch…like the airline lost your luggage and you’ve got meetings at 8am the next morning and don’t want to spent a fortune.

And don’t judge me, but I really love all those fancy hand soaps at Bath and Body Works. Mahogany Teakwood…iykyk

ETA I almost forgot Pottery Barn. Now that we are middle aged DINKs it’s fun to splurge on overpriced shite we don’t need for our house.

Orange Julius was beside it.

Back when they had the Devil logo, they did some of their stores up in a "Hell" theme, with fake brimstone walls and torches. It looked like a dungeon out of Dante's Inferno. A dash of Halloween for your lunch. Montgomery Mall in Alabama had one before their 1988 renovation. It was pretty cool. It looked like the pic below in a Michigan mall:

You used to be able to drop your car off at Sears for a new battery, oil change and 4 new tires, go inside and buy clothing, footware, toys, sporting goods, a new appliance, riding mower, paint and every conceivable hand or power tool.Good times!

I miss the old Mall Sears from the 70's and early 80's. The smell of their snack counter wafted through half the store. You know that smell. That mix of popcorn and candies and roast nuts they sold. It was magical.

Southland Mall in Houma is special they still have a Corn Dog 7 there.

Fun fact there are just 3 locations left. Houma in Southland Mall. Laurel, MS has two, a free standing store that opened in the past few years and one at Sawmill Square Mall.

They sell their batter online now too.

Fye was fun. You grab the cd and go to one of those listening stations and you could nearly listen to the whole damn album if I remember right.
