4:15 IS HS.....I was 6' tall and 125 lbs.
They never let me run a mile/1500 in college because I was too "slow"....even though by my junior year I could go 51 and change for a 400. But most of the milers on the team could go sub 50. So now I just blame LSU coaching for denying me a sub 4 minute mile.

Not sure my fastest time. But I am fast. Let's just put it this way. Last weekend I outran a black pepper snake.

Not sure of 1 mile, but I ran 2 miles at the end of basic training in 14:38. I was in the best shape of my life at that point.

One mile fun run, Natchitoches Christmas Festival. Only time I ever ran a timed mile. 7:53, and I weighed about 170.

in HS, like 4:50, but i ran track and cross country around @ around 175. i was more of a sprinter, but sometimes i pissed coach off and he made me do the mile or 800.
i can do a 6:30 now, but eff that. elliptical bro.

Don't remember exactly, but it was 3 seconds faster than whatever the fastest time anyone else here has posted.
