A better question would be which one would you rather bring back to 2026 with you when you return.

Pyramids. I have been to Walmart and seen all the woolly mammoths I care to see.

This is a trick question obviously. The pyramids were built with the harnessed power of the wooly mammoth, so you will see both at the same place. Or at least that’s what one of the lunatics on Joe Rogan will probably claim

We're not exactly sure how they looked initially or how they were constructed.

Wooly mammoths

I choose this but why travel back when Admiral Richard E. Byrd was right when he said there exists areas beyond Antarctica where the animals still exist

Go beyond the ice wall now and see them

Pyramids but you might get conscripted to help. That would suck.

The pyramids were the end of something not the beginning.

Weren't they structures consistently built by various eras of Egyptians spanning some 2,000 years or more--in other words, as long as it's been since the peak of Rome they existed and thrived? That seems like the comtinuation of a civilization, not beginning or end.

No doubt the Pyramid. I want the architect to show his work.

The pyramids , one of the later ones to be built so we could see what they looked like when finished as well as how the building was happening (and how much security there was to protect the important vaults.)
