Soccer is the ruination of American youth

Thing is, you have breaks in both. Soccer is non-stop for 90 minutes. Are you aware how much cardio endurance that requires?

I'm a football official, definitely not fat and I'm in pretty good shape and I know that I'd probably not be able to do a full soccer game. The endurance required is no joke

I couldn’t tell you any youth soccer league when I was a kid. I’m sure there was something, but we didn’t know about it. Therefore soccer was never an option.

Now it’s easy to play soccer.
