I fit the description pretty well and I'm self-aware. I don't change my actions because I feel they're wrong, I change them because of society around me. If I could get away with being self-serving, manipulative, and without empathy I would be living my real life.
I don't really care to admit that I have some shitty traits.

My wife and I go round and round on the empathy thing. It's the thing she wants most from me and the thing I struggle with most. Conversely, I dont need or expect empathy from anyone else.
On the other hand I dont have the other traits. I'm not impulsive, I can easily follow rules, and I'm a fairly kind person. I'm not manipulative. All I want from other people is to be left alone.

The LSRP measures two scales.
Scores range from 1 (low) to 5 (high).
Your score from primary psychopathy has been calculated as 1.5. Primary psychopathy is the affective aspects of psychopathy; a lack of empathy for other people and tolerance for antisocial orientations.

Find it generally hard to really give two shits about other’s feelings and their so called plights. I believe most people’s problems are of their own actions. But I’ve never really attempted to manipulate people by letting them hear what they want to hear. I’d always rather just be honest with them.
But for the secondary psychopathy part, I don’t like rule breaking.
