The Hare Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R) is a diagnostic tool used to rate a person's psychopathic or antisocial tendencies. It was developed in the 1970’s by Dr. Robert Hare, a Canadian professor and researcher renowned in criminal psychology, who has spent three decades studying the concept known as the psychopath and based partly on Hare’s work with prison inmates in Vancouver.

I imagine political seats attract a much higher percentage of psychopaths than any other industry.
Those people are two faced, have no shame, and are only in it for themselves. It is hilarious that people think that Candidate A is so much more honest than Candidate B, when in reality they're probably just better at hiding their true selves.

Your score from primary psychopathy has been calculated as 4.1. Primary psychopathy is the affective aspects of psychopathy; a lack of empathy for other people and tolerance for antisocial orientations.
Your score from secondary psychopathy has been calculated as 4.4. Secondary psychopathy is the antisocial aspects of psychopathy; rule breaking and a lack of effort towards socially rewarded behavior.

What were the %s? I would think that you'd be in the top 10% if not higher.

With two scores, results of the LSRP are very suitable for being plotted. Below is the distribution of how other people who have taken this test have scored.
You score for primary psychopathy was higher than 84.71% of people who have taken this test.
You score for secondary psychopathy was higher than 81.09% of people who have taken this test.

1.9 primary
2.7 secondary
Looks to be pretty normal, within the 40-60% percentiles on both

So Ed Osteen and I are very close friends IRL (he was in my wedding and roommate in college).
And we have by far the highest scores in this thread.
Explains a lot of our 2 AM conversations
ETA:
For the record, I am capable of great empathy, just not sympathy.
I know how people feel, I understand how things affect them personally. I just don't care usually, especially if it is self-inflicted or the person is just a moron.
