Some of those images look to be a bit altered for effect but I can tell you that ME guys will chew that shite all day long. It's a real thing for sure.

That's the whitest Yemeni I've ever seen a picture of. Usually Yemenis look like mulattos. Look at Osama Bin Laden, for example.

I used to know an old farmer that used to stuff a whole pack of Redman tobacco in his cheek at one time.The bulge in his cheek was almost as severe as in these pictures.When I first met him I thought he had a lipoma.
