Accused by whom?

By racists themselves. Anyone that believes otherwise is truly ignorant.

So nobody can leave reviews once a business is accused of racism?

Sounds like it could have unintended consequences. It would actually identify where these mythical white supremacists could eat without being hassled.
Such a bs feature. I’d prefer to know if there’s a chance some BLM warrior is going to interrupt my meal.

Would this included places like Boil and Roux in Baton Rouge that painted Black Lives Matter in their parking lot? Axing for a friend.

Yelp is giving one person an incredible amount of power over a business. An allegation (not a finding or judgment) of some racial issue results in a Yelp warning.

h Yelp has a well deserved reputatin in the industry for being a tool 2 threaten restaurants with low rating they actually allow a restaurant to pay them to remove poor rating and often can't confirm if a live person actually made the complaint

Can I go ahead and put down an entry for every McDonald's, Burger King, and Popeye's in the area for having racist employees?

Well, accuse them of racism, then see if their own disclaimer appears every time you open their app.

It states in the article that the business has to be accused of racism by a news media, and the article will be linked to the business.

Yeah, because the media 100% thoroughly vets every bit of info they are fed, even if it means they may lose out on clicks if it isn't put out right away.
