You're sarcasm would usually be correct, but I don't know what to tell you. If someone hit my dog with a shovel in front of my face I would absolutely attack them. I am pretty violence averse, but this is a fact.

That poor dog.
I can't say I wouldn't be in jail for murder if someone did that to my dog.

It must really suck to be you if simple facts get your twat in such a twist.

I hope someone hits you with a shovel

Take the shovel to the neighbor.

Just went outside to check for full moon, not tonight. Sure are a lot of "tough guys" on here tonight. Over a one-sided story....

Please link anywhere I claimed this was acceptable.
You are just as big a puss as the rest of the E-badasses in this thread, only difference is your reading comprehension is a bit worse.

I have a feeling we aren't getting the full story here.

When did you take a census on homeless people or, did you just pull this out of your arse?

but it's tough to contain labs.
I've had labs for years and years, never remotely had that kind of issue with a single one.

Literally the most blatantly false accusation on this website.

Try Google dipshit.

I googled. It showed labs were in 10th place (26 cases) for most bites of humans.
PIt bulls were no. 1 with 1,110 cases.
Numbers were compiled from dog bite accounts reported in the press between 1982 and 2006 in the United States and Canada.
I'm sure there are other studies, but that is pretty strong if true.

Law will most likely be on shovel man's side...if dog was on his property. However, I don't think the ordinances were written with this situation in mind...
For me, only acceptable reason to attack the dog is if the man had genuine fear for himself or someone else in the yard. If this is a repetitive issue you talk to the dog owner and then animal control.
The dog is most likely the most likable of the group of 3. Just my guess.
And I would be extremely upset with anyone who injured my dog unless it was being aggressive. That said, shovel man has shown a willingness to be aggressive and cross the line. If someone steps onto his property he also has the right to defend himself from the dog owner. Take care of your dog, leave him be. Then later start occasionally putting some spikes in his drive way....
JK.
Maybe
