I don’t think there is any way whatsoever that the 100 would win without weapons. No kinda hit is going to effect the gorilla. You could stomp, kick, hit … it would just take the gorilla to grab you and your bones are broken.
Years ago they handed a gorilla a captains of crush gripper…a no. 4 which takes 365lbs to close. The gorilla closed it so hard he broke the thing.

Sheer numbers would wear it down. Humans are built for stamina. They used to hunt like wolves. Run down prey until it tires, then kill it. Some animals would be run until they literally had a heart attack. The humans, without weapons, would still be able to follow this strategy. A silver back, faced with overwhelming odds, would stand its ground briefly, but would repeatedly flee. It would tire long before the humans would.

If it’s 100 healthy adult men (18-35) who (for whatever reason) are willing to risk severe injury or death to kill a gorilla, then yes, they will prevail.

Easily. The only way they couldn’t is if the gorilla had a way to escape, because he sure would run like hell if he could.
