I would drink more if I slept better after drinking. It’s very annoying because I like to drink and get drunk. Maybe it affects others differently.

Same and then when the sober night of sleep comes prepare thine self for the vivid dreams.

I dream a hell of alot more drinking before bed, than I did smoking before bed. Thats been since February. Its pretty fricking annoying, honestly.

Alcohol kills your sleep cycle, it’s why you never really dream when you go to sleep drunk

Drink less carbs. That’s what’s keeping you up.

I’d sleep good for about 3-4 hrs and I’d wake up feeling like assholes. Then I’d drink again until I pass out for another 3-4 hours.

I have found a bourbon induced coma to be the most restful state in which to be.

Take 6 vitamin B tablets before and after you drink. No hangover.

If I drink more that two or three beers, it messes me all up. I have no problem falling asleep, but I’m wide awake a few hours later staring at the ceiling for a few hours. It ruins me the next day.

I sweat like a marathon runner the first sober night after a bout of drinking

I cut back on my drinking and now sleep a heck of a lot better. When I have a few drinks, I fall asleep quickly, but wake up after a couple of hours and can't get back to sleep easily.

I sleep like a baby, but I rarely feel good when I wake up. Fine after an hour or so.
