Desi Vegas' burger place is doing this but the icing isn't on the bun. That might be doable.

I saw Zuppardo's is doing a Muffaletta kingcake thing...There is no icing but melted cheese on the outside to simulate icing..There is dyed sesame seeds for color..It seems to be a hit..Damn thing costs $30.00...Lol people are foolish...
