Mental note to self: If you fly discount airlines, expect to get what you pay for.

These people don't deserve to walk around with the rest of normal society.
Nor fly for that matter.
Nor fly for that matter.

I may invest in some of these in the near future

I don't know that SW even qualifies as a discount airline anymore, the quality of passengers has gone steadily down the shitter ever since deregulation

How airplane seat refurbishing became a billion-dollar industry

A commercial plane typically flies multiple times a day, thousands of times a year, for several years before its interior is updated.
The aircraft-interiors market was a $6.5 billion business in 2022, according to AeroDynamic Advisory and Tronos Aviation Consulting. The total seat market was $2.9 billion, with new seats at $933 million, retrofitted seats at $1.39 billion and repairs and other interior items making up the rest of the market. It projects the total interiors market to reach $8 billion by 2027.
Seats are a crucial part of an airline’s business. A typical narrow-body jet like a Boeing
737 or Airbus
A320 has as many as 180 seats. And replacing them with brand-new seats can be expensive, ranging from about $5,000 in the economy section to $100,000 for first-class suites.

Society is frickin sad. Complete lack of respect for shared space.

Can we just put these kinds of people down? I have had enough of crazy people who can't control themselves.
We need a mental illness spray, not mace. Just whacks them out and put them in a nut house.
These frickers are everywhere.

Southwest has lost its appeal and value. Never again.

However, I’m sure they don’t frick around with the cleaning. They likely get industrial/haz mat type cleaning folks out there. I’ve seen it on an Amtrak stop when some savage made a mess of one of the bathrooms.
They’ll likely just remove the seat and replace it.

IDGAF how cheap they get, I hate flying them now.
Not even saying this is their fault, but I'd good money that crazy hoe was a "preboard".

When I was working in the airline industry we had a lady have a massive hemorrhage out of her lady hole..... they used the disinfectant used to clean the bathroom to clean the blood. I know the seat belt wasn't exactly deep cleaned and was used for the next flight.

I once saw a contract cleaner using the same rag he'd used to wipe down the first class shitter to start wiping down the first class seats, tray tables, etc.
