WWTOTD wedding gift edition

A friend of my wife got married a few months back. We got her a knife set she registered for on Amazon. Yesterday I got an email saying the knife set had been returned. No biggie there, they probably got more than one set. HOWEVER, when they returned the item they apparently had the money refunded to my card instead of having a credit to purchase something else.
I have to believe this was done in error. I am supposed to get them another gift, or do I just take the money and run? I already consider this found money and plan on blowing it on fleshlights.

You gave them a gift. They decided they didn’t want to accept your gift. The money is yours.

Buy them and Amazon gift card for the returned amount.
