I’ll say that polygraphs are not given weight in a court of law. They aren’t proven to do anything and can be adjusted to make one result come out by manipulating the questions

WWL didn’t leak anything. They filed a police report which was subject to a FOIA request.
correct

It’s not an indictment of his character, but shows a potential motive for extorting $1.8 million from WWL. Also, equating someone being in debt to creditors to people who literally lost their entire livelihoods in the storm is pretty idiotic, and is an obvious attempt to further paint Dunlap as a victim.

His lawyer alleges he took a polygraph test (preemptively).
correct. I'll also add that is VERY suspicious.

WWL and Entercom has very little exposure simply because of that tweet. Simply being called a slur in the work place is not grounds for a harassment/discrimination lawsuit, seven-figure settlement, or any settlement for that matter. Seth wasn’t terminated and WWL apparently allowed him to take a leave of absence while they investigated the incident. Any settlement they might have reached would have been WWL’s attempt to mitigate the PR damages, not to avoid a multi-million dollar judgment in court because of an isolated incident of name calling. That’s simply not how harassment/discrimination suits work.
...and this is the best point. While Dunlap's debt does show motive, WWL's liability for the tweet doesn't really add up to what is being alleged by them "going nuclear". It just doesn't make sense.

I bet Brees is praying for Dunlap tonight.
Pretty crazy world we live in.

Eh, not really an attack. No one wants to admit that’s what they are, I get it.
You being right is totally separate. I’ll give you all the props for that if that is what is uncovered.

Would an Atty do this as a way to vet the client?
A quasi way to protect themselves

I have already explained in this thread when a few of us were called out for IT geek posts.
Arse.

I tuned into Scoot today and he assured everyone he was not gay and could not comment on the **** incident due to an on going investigation at the station. So please do not call in and ask about it.

That's you rationalizing my opinions that scare/bother you.
Of the two of us, you are way more tied into the story based on the homosexuality aspect.
To me, as much faking racism or homophobia is despicable, the extortion is waaaaaaay bigger. That's why he needs to go to jail.
If he was just doing it to get attention for example, I think it would just make him a piece of shite.

You can look up my posts, don’t be lazy.
But to be clear, whether its an access point, router, extender or firewall it most likely will resolve hostname from an IP on the phone. Going through telco is a whole different animal.
Regardless if you dont have an IP address you don’t get to twitter.

This is almost certainly true. And, it underscores how misplaced Dunlap's attack on Brees was.

Lesters Earl,
I'm surprised you didn't originally take the side of Seth doing it himself since you seem to always be the one critical thinker on this board whenever a hot story breaks.
This one could be seen a mile away. There were only two options. Doped up Deke Bellavia or Seth himself.

I'd read it if you were willing to link. I have no idea what thread it's in and don't care enough to go through your history.
But, I'll just say that the network appliance that controls traffic from the internal WWL network to the internet doesn't need an ip address to know that the request came from the internal network. That's self evident.
