I can't imagine Gordy is too happy that T-Bob's name is plastered all over the internet now injecting himself into the situation. He may end up without a job himself before it's all said and done.

I never said it was a bad thing
you get someone you believe to have done something wrong to turn themselves in and incriminate themselves (or at least give you a story you can prove is a lie) is a win-win for society

I don't think that's accurate.
What they did originally was worse. They were pushing a very unpopular position for their audience. Their huddle app started blowing up with criticism and they responded by just by banning people. The producer girl was mocking those she banned.
If Gordy doesn't care about pissing off the actual people who were actively listening and consuming the product, he's not going to care about T-Bob spouting off on twitter.
