I'll have to ask around but I do believe VZW and TMO keep at least a weekly repository (I could be wrong).

Phone companies are into Big Data/Analytics right now.

Edit:

Verizon is the only one of the top four carriers that retains text message content, however, and it keeps that for three to five days. Call detail records, meanwhile, are retained for one year by Verizon, five years for T-Mobile (two years for pre-paid), five to seven years for AT&T, and 18 to 24 months for Sprint.

I know he was getting garnished, but a $50 Tracfone could have been the key to that $1.8m lottery ticket he wanted.

Nah, they weren't paying shite without a perp.

Guy was an idiot no matter how you slice it. I guess he was a desperate idiot, but he was one nonetheless, and would have been one no matter how he tried to concoct this silly scheme.

Which still begs the question of what kind of debt he has to where it is actually getting garnished.

IRS, state, and local debt tend to get grabbed off of tax returns, though it is possible for the state to attempt a bank garnishment as well.

I just don’t know what kinds of debt collectors tend to garnish wages. Not like he has to pay child support, which is the usual reason for it.

The whole concocted notion that he was being constantly exposed to some sort of rabid homophobic anti-gay environment in NEW frickING ORLEANS.

Yes, you got it

I am simply going to ask T Bob if he would like to clarify "just how mean and bigoted people in the south can be"

T Bob is a huge liberal, as is his producer Rivers. They were completely offended by Brees' support of the Bible. They will not acknowledge their error, or be critical of Dunlap for the same reason they were so vehemently pushing the story in the first place.

Jordy didn't have the backbone to give balance to that. Instead he just stayed quiet. Honesty is not only a product of what you say...it's a product of what you choose not to say. Jordy sat there and allowed those two to bash Drew Brees of all people for having the audacity to support "Bring a Bible to School" day. Someone needed to be willing to stand up. I lost a lot of respect for Jordy that day.

They were deleting posts and banning people from the huddle for daring to support Brees and the religious cause he was supporting. Jordy sat there and allowed it. If anyone doesn't think the liberal agenda is being forced down the throat of consumers, you just need to see what happened on this local sports radio show. It's kind of amazing if you think about it. Censorship based on political/religious opinion.

Depends who holds it.

The Feds tend to just keep charging interest and then garnish your state and federal refunds.

Private loans? That I could see.
