That’s a lot of nonsense. You could save the effort and just say “Biden is not to blame for his administration’s failures. This is all Trump’s fault”.

he was telling me in June that hyperinflation was coming soon to the US$ but I suspect he has zero idea what hyper inflation is.

Btw inflation is a lagging indicator. Those of you that want to place blame on Biden are ignorant.

Yep. Half the stuff the try to pin on Biden is largely out of the president's control (e.g., supply chain), and the other half is stuff that Trump did too (e.g., easy money -- Trump literally put his name on the checks, remember?). And through it all, the Fed decided to keep the economy hot so the stock market would keep going up. Now we're all literally paying the price for that.

All can't be place don Trump but anyone that has studied global economics and that is also plugged in understands the complexities of our economy. Some of which actually began under late Obama. Trumps tariffs and trade while some of them seemed good on paper his boisterous higher than though attitude pissed off a lot of our allies.

The best global policy is backdoor deals with polite arrogance. Gw dub and Obama were pretty good. Trump just pissed everyone off and Biden is a pussy. The best deals are under the table and then fricking over china Russia etc while also understanding that SE Asia as well as Audrey rely heavily on china too. Trump was very binary in though processes. I did like his shakeup somewhat America first I just think there is a better way of going about it.

We need a strong global business leader that is also America first and not a scoundrel. Someone between Bloomberg and Trump that also has a little charm. If you could mesh all the best qualities of our last 4 presidents we would have winner. And Joe Biden is defiy not the guy.

A lot of stuff also starts at the bottom. For example a lot of sell to do communities are banning or requiring investment companies to lay a premium to buy homes. I believe Franklin, TN is one of those from what I've gathered from a couple of people that moved there. We shouldn't be allowing investment companies especially those with huge foreign ownership to be scooping up properties driving up costs. Another is unfettered exports of vital security resources like oil exports that can creat national security issues.

We should also reasses how we treat hacking incidents that derive from foreign countries. They should be treated as acts of war in certain instances if the origin countries aren't doing shite about it or we should cripple them in the same way until they put in place measures to stop them. It isn't any different than harboring terrorists or assassins.

End rant

I said the best qualities. As far as narcissists go. He is way down the line compared to Trump and crew. All ah e their faults. Rudy Giuliani is the reason the Sacklers aren't in jail. His influence and connections to persuade Eric Holder under Obama are also intertwined. All of them have some seriously shitty connections. If you can't take a step back and see that them I'm sorry your intelligence is severely lacking.

It won't but at least Biden is executing a plan that trump spoke about weekly for 200 weeks and didn't execute even when he had majority Congressional support.

Stop being an apologist for any president that talks shite and doesn't execute. Tell me about Goo plans to lower healthcare. In fact tell me about any GOP plans for anything other than to fricking do anything other than get reelected.

The woke left and the woke right are fricking horrible for America. They want your clickbait because it helps them get reelected and when they want to get out of Congress they are making 7 figures for lobbyist groups.

Get mad but don't get mad at parties because that is how you fall in line as a sheep and show your stupidity.

There is a reason why the biggest corporations donate to both parties. And it is to keep puppets in power.

This began as a conservative push and led to Citizens united vs the FEC essentially giving more power to corporations than actual voters.

So sit down and shut up or learn your political history and how money has influenced politics on both sides Ina scary way. Social media as well as MSM has taken it to another level. So get mad but you need to start back in the 90s.

Your political history ignorance is loud and clear to independents and libertarians.

For whatever that's worth to you. Your simplified "inflation is a lagging indicator" statement is incomplete and almost irrelevant in this current situation considering where inflation is being observed the most at the moment.

Not to dismiss everything you said.

Did she continue to look at any other houses? Is she under the assumption that your house is the only 1 that increased in value? That would be a pretty stupid assumption.

But pretty much expected.

No worry boys. My 2% pay raise should cover all this. In the state of FL everyone voted to increase Minimum Wage to 15 an hour. It cost 6 dollars now for a hamburger in another year or 2 as they raise the prices for minimum wage that burger should be about 10 dollars. That doesnt include the fry
