The potential deal with ESPN is supposedly dead and their stock also got downgraded. Vince also agreed to sell a bunch of stock in four years in exchange for some cash now.

Well of course they are. But in the course of 2 weeks, his investment (XFL) that he has sunk $350M of his own money into, got cancelled halfway thru, and now Wrestlemania,the largest live gate event of the year for his company, is out the window.
