I will absolutely ride in a Drone Taxi

Imagine landing at JFK, hopping in a drone and landing in MidTown Manahattten in the less than 10 minutes.

Functional drone taxi is feasible now.

The logistics of routing/air traffic control would be the holdup.

They can't even perfect driverless vehicles on the ground yet, but they want me to fly through the air?

What did you read? I understand that driverless vehicles are 100% possible now.

The bigger issue with driversless cars is the web of roads and bridges.

I’d imagine that drone taxis would be required to land in certain locations so it won’t be dropping you have in front of your house or your favorite restaurant necessarily

Self-driving cars still require a driver/operator behind the controls.

The question is do you trust the hackers on the deep web.

Not really. And most of the accidents related to driverless cars are humans in other autos not following traffic laws.

I’d prefer my driver/pilot to have skin in the game.
