You become a target because people feel you did'nt earn it, you were lucky and just won it.
As long as you don't sign the ticket, you can form a trust and the trust representative can sign the ticket. An LLC will not hide your identity like a trust. With that said, you would need to be extremely patient and disciplined to keep it quiet.

If you win in Texas you can stay anonymous. They recent passed a law to protect lottery winners identity

Splitting the jackpot with a bunch of other people would be solid. Guaranteed there would be some limelight-seeking idiots, and with appropriate preparation (especially if in an anonymity state) you could probably avoid any long-term fuss.
There will be bigger and bigger jackpots, too.
