If so, it is for sale and can be your for the low low price of $265,000.
I wonder if this was the party house where the great Leesville herpes epidemic started.

Drop that in Uptown and it’s $2 million.

$265K for that? How many dead bodies are on the property?

shite, just take it out of Leesville and put it on a truck and it doubles in value.
I didn't show all of the pics. You'd definitely have to remodel at least some of it, but what a great design, and a big arse yard too.
ETA:
This 6090 square foot single family home has 5 bedrooms and 2.0 bathrooms. It is located at 400 S 8th St Leesville, Louisiana.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME
Built by our Leutinent Governor who also served as a state senator for 35 years and as the Sheriff of Vernon Parish from 1904-1908. Senator Wingate broke ground on this property in 1897. The property was completed in 1900. It is on the National Register Of Historical Places as a Queen Anne Colonial Revival.

I'm wondering if half the house has been updated and the other part of the house is in shambles

You damn right I would live in that house. I love it!
Posted on 2/21/18 at 12:54 pm to blueboy
Would probably need at least half a million in renovations to make it liveable for me.

I don't see the helipad or runway to get me the frick out of Leesville, so no.
Posted on 2/21/18 at 1:08 pm to AbitaFan08
It’s about 8 miles from that house.
Posted on 2/21/18 at 1:09 pm to LZ83
So you'd have to drive through 8 miles of Leesville? Even Eminem wouldn't take that deal.
Posted on 2/21/18 at 1:09 pm to blueboy
that's the recipe for a mold warehouse
Posted on 2/21/18 at 1:13 pm to AbitaFan08
There isn't 8 miles of Leesville to drive through. By that point your on Billy Goat Hill.
Posted on 2/21/18 at 1:15 pm to blueboy
Maybe if it was in Leeville. Would be a nice fishing camp.
