If he's eight he probably can't read it anyway so I don't see the harm.

I sported a Rolling Stones t shirt in the first grade in the late 70's with the obligatory tongue on the front and it had, in clear lettering, " Try it, you'll like it". Wore that shirt out and had no clue. Parents didnt care. So, I see no problem here.

I just don't see how it could be a bad influence if he doesn't understand what the words say. You'd have to be pretty uptight to get upset over that.

No 8 year old should wear that unless they are mentally deficient to some degree.
