A friend of mine had to do a year and a half in a Colorado State prison for burglary. CAme out with swastikas because the white supremacist were so bad. You don't get a job when you have a swastika tattooed on each hand.

I know what you’re saying. I love watching Asian creampie videos. It’s just how I am.

I love Asian creampies so much.

Ergo, your boy wanted to have this stuff. I still don't think it will mean he's going in for 20 years, though. I've seen people do very little time for it.

I’ve read the arrest affidavit. He certainly wanted to own this stuff. I don’t know what defense he’s claiming but if the affidavit is accurate, he’s fricked. And that’s fine.

So if it’s two counts of distribution of CP and multiple counts of poss of CP of under 13 yrs old, in St Tammany, anyone have an estimate of prison time he’s facing?

There was document published a while back showing texts between him and other pedophiles.

I'm not easily disturbed, but it fricked me up.

Dude deserves every bad thing coming his way

The year and a half in prison for burglary doesn't help your case either.

Southern Immigrant, that sounds like exactly the kind of charge that gets a non violent criminal sent to medium security for a while. Meanwhile embezzlement and other stuff that is pure white collar and with zero physical threat is more financially draining but leads to low security or directly to a camp.

I’m sure he was a real fish out of water but the one positive is that I bet he was largely left alone as he was not involved in gang wars, in drug debt, or someone who victimized children or women.

Yep, that's exactly where they were. No way anyone misses them. That's why I asked about them.

My guy owned a small moving company that was legit before he started back doing, and then selling, meth. He did storage for people too. Those folks lost all of their stuff the first time his employees realized they weren't getting paid. When he got out he came in to place a new ad with me, but I couldn't run it until he got all of his old customers squared away. He probably got someone else to come in and place it for him., but they'll have to have all of the insurance/bonding documents to do business in Texas.

we’ve discussed here before the countries with no extradition treaty with the US, smuggle yourself to one of those and figure out a way to stay hidden and survive

Didn't work out so well for this guy.

quote:

While Taiwan has no formal extradition treaty with the U.S., and Wilson was not said to have been doing anything directly criminal in Taiwan, the press there reports that he was arrested without incident because the U.S. had revoked his passport, making his mere presence in Taiwan illegal. (The U.S. government has the power to revoke the passports of people facing felony arrest warrants.) Wilson was then, according to The New York Times, "delivered...to the National Immigration Agency" in Taiwan. It is expected to deport him to the U.S. to face those charges, which carry a potential 2 to 20 years in prison and $10,000 fine.

I was recently trying to find info on a case about someone I knew and couldn't find shite except the initial news report of the arrest. He was sentenced about a month ago.

guess I understand the negative reactions to this perversion, but I don't see the world as black and white as many of you. I feel sorry for these people. I didn't choose what turns me on, and I'd doubt they did either.
I've read that something like 80% of pedophiles were molested as children. I imagine a large percentage of people busted for child porn have been molested also.

Unfortunately, it's a sick vicious cycle.

I have a friend with access to the St Tammany clerk records so that’s how I found out about the trial date. Some jurisdictions have free online records but St Tammany charges a fee.
