Money no object, absolutely.
I'd study the same thing I did my undergrad in. Coastal Environmental Science.
I wish I had had time to take more upper level electives. I'd probably throw in a few Renewable Natural Resources courses like fisheries management and such.
That's a good one. A class taught by Dr. Charles Bamforth would be worth every penny.

The wife and I plan to retire to a college town. I fully plan to take classes for recreational purposes. Good way to keep the mind active. I like the vibes of college towns.

History for sure. I have found myself reading about economic aspects of Civil War in various academic publications. Nerd shite I know. But get bored at work sometimes
And related to that, Maybe Economics(I have Finance degree and had the highest grade in all three Econs we had to take).
