what happens biologically if you only have 1? Does it affect your babymaking ability? Aside from just looking awkward in your ball sack are there any negatives?
If I could still function like normal hell yeah I would. I'd do a lot of shite for money.

No shite. frick I had to pay about 4k after surgery, blood work, and body scans. "Someone needs to get down here and start cutting checks"

Can't speak for others, but been 10 years since surgery and chemo, but had my swimmers checked out last year, and everything is within normal range with the mature swimmers slightly low and that's at age 40
