Pork Brains-

A 5 ounce can for $1.99, works out to $6.40 per lbs.

In canned Milk Gravy.

That’s three individual “PASS”es right there.

Makes a huge PASS.

My grandpa used to eat them scrambled in eggs for breakfast as a child in the 30’s. That decade in Yazoo County Mississippi I’m pretty sure you just ate whatever you could get your hands on.

I’m starting to think this horse is starting to turn. Slaughtered it Tuesdey after last.

Well I’ve eaten cow brains in Mexico, so probably. If I were to cook it I could make it tasty.

you could get me to do that, too. I gag just looking at the can.

Not out of a can. I have had them from a freshly smoked pig head. They were fantastic.

You can have mine, too. I'll take the Oscar Mayer ham out of the deli section at the grocery.
