He or she is one thing, but if they want you to use to use they/them for a direct singular, ze/zer, or any other bullshite pronoun, frick that. They’re being tyrannical over you and trying to force you to using their language and mindset. I’m not going to butcher the English language for these fricks.

There are only two genders, and I will use the opposite gender to refer to them if they’re transgendered, but I’m not going to use any of that fricking bullshite that doesn’t exist and tries to destroy my First Amendment rights. In Canada you are now forced by law to refer to someone by their preferred pronoun, even if that pronoun is 38 fricking syllables long. frick that, I’m not going down that path. You’re getting a she or he and that’s it.

Roger, I know it makes sense to let "you guys" or "you people" to slide but no one here is saying it at a Keith Sweat concert or Williams Chicken. Ain't happening.

I don’t say “you guys” anyway. I say y’all because I’m not a liberal pussy.

Let's make a deal, Pac. You convince your folk to stop talking on a phone at CVS. And to lower their voice, period. Maybe stop clapping their hands when upset. Sit up when you drive for God's sake. Pull your Goddamn pants up. Get a job, Sparkling Wiggles!

You see, things take time to catch on.

sorry, but my "folk" are my family. i don't play the silly games that just cause somebody is black they are my "brotha".

funny how liberals always revert to racist tropes when we "people of color" don't act and think how you want us to. it's almost as if you're the racists. but of course that can't be true.

No. I never refer to someone as “they/them” unless it’s just some theoretical person/people I’m talking about. Everyone knows “they” in this English construct. But if I refer to a specific individual and refer to this person as “they” then everyone is extremely confused unless you’re a brainwashed looney. Sorry but it’s a deliberate butchering of the English language, and I will not tolerate it.

I generally think people who get pissed because you don't recognize their fictitious gender are the assholes.

Let me tell you a something. When you're "something" and you bitch about "someone else", don't be that someone else demographic that has its own set of rules. You pigeonholing a group while expecting your own to get a pass isn't happening.

As with everything in life, context matters

Like if I meet someone who genuinely has male features and I use a male pronoun, it's ok for them to simply say they would rather the other. And if I continue to use the male term in spite of being told that, I'm clearly the a-hole

Now if that same person just freaks out on me from the get go and doesnt explain shite at all, then they are clearly the a-hole there

Exactly. Transgendered people that want to be normal is fine by me, but these people that want this non-binary shite? Go frick yourselves. I don’t think some posters here realize how tyrannical this bunch can be.

Calling a dude a dude is not going out of your way to do anything. Jumping thru mental hoops to call somebody something they’re not is going out of your way. Reality and whatnot

everyone is a something, i prefer to treat everyone as an individual. it's not just trans people who are pushing the social/racial/political/biological justice leftist agenda, and not all trans people are part of it.

i'm glad we had this exchange, it's nice to know what leftists really think about all those "marginalized and victimized" black people they pretend to care about helping.

I'd try. But the first time I slipped up and said the wrong thing and they got all bitchy and want to make a huge deal about it, I'd just laugh at them.

Especially if it was someone I already knew as a man and they went to a woman or whatever and had been calling them ma'am or sir. They have to realize there is going to be a learning period with people in their life.
