I’ll plant a tree in your wife while you’re out doing this.

Trees take in carbon and produce oxygen, even if you think global warming is bullshite it still makes sense to plant more trees

I live in the midst of highly wooded area so i care for the dozen trees that we already have. No room for other trees but lots of flowering bushes will be added.

Our small neighborhood worked together and got an abandoned lot turned over to them to create a community orchard for everyone. It was the idea of one of the neighborhood kids and grandparents. It will be interesting to see how it works out. I love the idea.

The idea stopping or stalling climate change is the wrong paradigm.

Instead of being at mercy of nature, we should need to be actively managing the climate. Geology says the climate has changed many times in the past.

We need much stronger technology so that we harness energy sources needed to orchestrate the global climate the way we like it. Humanity is like little toddlers running amok in a mansion, not knowing how to work the thermostat or take out the garbage. We need to grow up and become big baws, so we can reach the thermostat.

Global warming can’t be stopped now. We passed the tipping point 5 years ago when CO2 levels passed 400 ppm. We’ll just have to live with what we’ve created. Or die. That’s the other possibility.

I’m not sure about global warming. But my question is this:
When the ice age was happening was that also global warming?

History says climate change is natural.

If this were not true, New York would still be under 500 feet of ice.

I figure planting more trees on a global scale is a lot faster than trying to quickly get off fossil fuels. It certainly can’t hurt.
