What if said wife gets pissed about you exercising too much (or even a little bit) and doesn't understand that exercising helps mind and body?

I’m sorry, but if you married someone who is literally not OK with you carving out 30 minutes a day a few times a week for self-care, then you married a terrible human being. I’m struggling to understand how that even works.
That’s absolutely not the norm and I doubt this is the reason you see all these married dudes who look like they don’t care about their health.

Jesus Christ I feel bad for a lot of you.
Marriage is fantastic. I get to hang out with my best friend 24/7.
