would it be weird to buy a car that is same model my neighbour owns

I have found a car that I want to buy that is in my price range. Only one problem, my next door neighbour owns one just like it. Even the same colour. Should I buy it? I don't want to look like a weirdo.

I bought the same vehicle as someone at work and decided to get a different color to be different. I kind of regret it now because I like the other color better.

I wouldn't do it, man. Think of how miserable it is when the person sitting next to you at the table orders the exact same dish as you. You look ridiculous and everyone laughs at you.

What about if you are looking for a vehicle and you are talkng to your neighbor about it, then within the next 2 days your neighbor comes home with the exact car you told him you were looking for.
