The ‘pants on the ground’ phase is the most idiotic, nonsensical thing I witness on a routine basis.

I like the baggy pants in the 90s (like gycos) were horrible. Or thugged up dudes who would get a few sizes too big so that they would sag..
A little sag wasn't bad. If the pants went just below your boxers that was cool, the gycos, rave baggy pants look went out of style by the early 2000..
The thugged out sag started in the early 90s and went for almost 2 decades.. It's finally started to fade.
But I did like baggy shorts. Like basketball type shorts.

The whole tight rolled pants back in the 80s was a pretty bad look. Overall the 80s might have been the worst decade for fashion (I am talking post WWII).
