In construction on I-20 going 5 mph for what seems like an hour, some arse wipe comes screaming down the shoulder on the right. Then another and another, another about the fifth one I stick my right fender out and this piss ant has to hit the ditch going about 50 mph, he bounces through the mud and screws the front of his car all up. I'm laughing my arse off and start honking at him.

He gets out and runs down the road trying to catch me, the inching along was faster than he could run but I was willing to kick his arse if he would have caught up. Especially since he would have been out of breath already.

Good Times I tell ya

I always get extremely pissed when 18 Wheelers wait til you get right up close to them and about to pass and decide to jerk over in the left lane to pass another 18 Wheeler. This one particular instance, I was on I-10 headed toward El Paso, and this truck had ample time to pass another truck. He decided to wait til I was about to pass to pull his nonsense. Because this has happened to me quite often, I anticipated it. Nothing much I could do until I was able to pass him, but I threw a bottle of piss at his Cab. Hit his door and he was honking like a bitch. Petty? Yep. Do I give a shite. Nope.

I was on the interstate when a guy wouldn't let someone merge into traffic from the on-ramp. The huge truck just floored it in the emergency lane. We slowed down and watched as the truck got in front of the car and literally locked the tires up (smoke and all) on the interstate in front of the person he was pissed at. You could see people behind them in their lane swerving and switching to our lane or the emergency lane to avoid hitting others.

People are nuckin' futs. When people drive crazy, I do my best to just let them pass and avoid them. They turn their car into a 1.5 ton weapon.

If you want to get real pissed, set your cruise control on the interstate and watch how idiotic drivers really are. In a trip from BR to TX, you’ll get a dose of every dumb driver. The dragonflies, the texters, the a-hole 18 wheelers, and every left lane vigilante.

You might not have noticed this, but many drivers today are best case not trained to be attentive, and worst case self-absorbed assholes who act like there's nobody else on the road.

Had a guy that lived down the road from us who was in Angola for 15 years chase me and a buddy down, attempt to run us off the road, drove through a ditch to try and cut us off, pass us on the service road at about 85 and get in front of us and lock his breaks up all for going 20 mph down a road that was post for 25 (he put up his own sign that said 15mph). We had to cross the median and a cop that was set up for a St Landry speed trap saw us do this and pulled us over. We yelled at him what had happened and pointed out the guys truck and he took off after him. That ended up being a 2-3 cop car chase and they arrested him later that night.

Pulled into a shell station in LP one time with my son in the car. Saw a man jump out of his truck and run up to another car and start punching the driver in the face repeatedly. The driver finally got his window rolled up but this crazy kept trying to break the window. He noticed I was watching and started gesturing at me. I had my hand in the glock just in case. While he was distracted with me the other guy sped off. No idea what set these guys off.

Not necessarily the worst, but on the way to work one morning, I was in traffic on the interstate. A car cut me off and it made me mad (I get bad aggravated in traffic). The windows were own (no ac) so I just yelled real loud "what the frick you doing you stupid bitch" and the car changed lanes out form in front of me. I pulled up beside them an it was old people, looked about 80 or so. The old man in the passenger seat looked like he wanted to look over at us so bad but was scared. Made me feel bad when I saw it was old people.

Common driving practice in some places in the world. I've driven around 8 years total in Africa.

1) Learn to use your horn
2) Always assume someone will pull out in front of you

In high school, my dumbass friend decided to casually flip off the car next to us on our way home from the mall. That car proceeded to tail us, get next to us on the shoulder on rural roads, and honk for 15 miles. I didn’t know what to do (this was in like 1997, and I didn’t have a cell phone yet), so I drove home. They stopped in front of my house, but finally drove off when I opened the garage door.

About 6-7 years ago, I literally thought I was going to die somewhere in Livingston Parish. My ex & I were on 42 between Port Vincent & Frost. The guy ahead of us was going obnoxiously slow. My ex finally passed him, and flipped him off or honked or something when he did (because ex had major road rage issues). Baw in the truck sped past us again, slammed on his brakes, and stopped his car at an angle, blocking the entire road. Gets out & comes up to our car. Ex gets out & the two start yelling at each other. I’m hysterical, like a dumb bitch, crying & begging my ex to stop & drive away before we fricking get shot. I hated him so much in that moment. Dude eventually gets back in his car & we drove away. Ugh.

And some are just plain psychotic. Unless institutionalized, they get to drive, too. They are all out there. Be aware of what you are doing behind the wheel, and what others are doing around you. Lives have little meaning to a crazy - to them, it's all about them.

Why didn't you just do this to begin with. I see a lot of people nowadays wanting to speed up and cut in front of someone when no one is behind that person. I've seen a lot of people speed up, cut in front of someone and then turn off on another road.

Being behind two 18 wheelers both going 60 that just stayed beside each other for at least 30 minutes. When I finally got past them, no one was in front of them. That boiled my blood.
