Got the idea from here
And the rules aren’t “killing Baby Hitler” or something like that. A rational opportunity has to be present as presented in history.
1) Assassinating Archduke Francis Ferdinand
2) The Burning of the Library of Alexandria
3) Killing any of the Khans envoys
4) Csar Nicolas II trusting Rasputin/the Germans sending Lenin back to Russia
5) Alexander the Great refusing to name an heir
6) Hitler invading Yugoslavia delaying Operation Barbarossa by a month and a half
7) Napoleon invading Russia
8) The Treaty of Versailles
9) Mao’s Great Leap Forward
10) The Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor
HMs
The Europeans/Americans dividing up Africa and the Middle East among themselves
Sulla not having Julius Caesar executed
Chamberlain appeasing Hitler
The Chernobyl Disaster
John Lennon meeting Yoko Ono

The govt. regulation which stems from this and 3 mile island are the reasons we are as dependent on fossil fuels as we are today.

Britain’s lying diplomacy regarding the ME after WWI. It has resulted in incalculable head aches since they did that

Worked out for the Serbs eventually. It took 75 years but they got their own country.
