Georgetown, Olla, Urania, Tullos, Jena and all those little towns aren't comparable to cities though they are barely towns (Jonesville sucks though I'll give you that). The people that live there pretty much love the peace and quiet and would never want to live in Nola or BR. Just different strokes for different folks. There are pros and cons to living in tiny towns, that depending on the person, can greatly increase or decrease their opinion of quality of life.

Quality of life is typically pretty subjective. I'd be miserable living in densely populated, massive urban area at this point in my life.
