I agree with you there.

I hate Dallas because the terminals are miles apart from each other. I hate Memphis because it's dirty and the food sucks. I hate Phoenix because the people are really rude. New Orleans is a shithole too.

There are none past security (or there weren't last I flew through). I asked once and they said there are none inside because they don't allow the people who fill the ATMs inside with weapons.

Worst stateside has to be Chicago. The layout of it coming in on an international flight is just retarded. To go from the International terminal to the Domestic terminal you have to leave the airport, ride the train to the domestic terminal and go back through a security checkpoint.

Worst international airport I've been in was the airport in Kathmandu Nepal.

I am indifferent to flying but I really love airports. I don't know why. It is always just a fun experience for me. I have flown often both personally and for work and I've been to quite a few airports in the US. I haven't been to any that I didn't like, although I prefer larger ones. I like DFW, ATL and Cincy the best.

I'm the same way. For whatever reason, I'm always excited and fascinated by airports. I love the movie "The Terminal". Drinking in the airport, talking to strangers, people watching - it's all fun to me

San fran is a shite show. Hate that place.

Are you crazy, beautiful airport, and great food in the international and new terminal. It is very very busy, and a lot of non English speaking people.

I don't mind O'Hare domestically, but its international terminal has to be the worst in the US.

Sorry, there have been a bunch of stupid people saying that Detroit sucks including the airport. If Detroit is the worst airport you've visited, I'm guessing you just walked in and out of it. It's a shite hole city with a great airport. I've never heard someone who has actually visited the airport diss it, but plenty of morons who just assume it sucks.

It's the only delta hub I avoid at all costs... Before they created the tunnel that gives you seizures you had to go outside to change terminals and get on a bus. Yeah it's better than it was... But it is by far Delta's worst airport and the worst airport I've been to. But sorry my opinion differs from yours

I had to change planes in Charlotte once. It was always my least favorite airport. The food was crazy expensive and there was no entertainment of any kind.

Of course, that was many years ago so it could be a lot better now.

Unfortunately it's my port of entry. The going through security again is a pain but if you only have a carry on (which I make certain is the case) you get through much, much faster.

Worst airport as far as restaurants, shops, moving through, ect. has to be KC. That place is a dump

Agreed 100%. But the easiest to get through security of any airport except Dallas Love United terminal. Just eat before you get to KCI then no issue.

IAH is my home airport so I don't have an issue with is. The new extension of Terminal B is nice-and they've added a lane for TSA pre-approved.

Miami when flying international. The TSA really harass you for no reason.

and terminal 2 at sky harbor in phoenix is a total shithole

I will agree with this. No bars that I know of by the gates. Paradise Bakery is ok food wise.

Nothing good to say about this Terminal. Terrible food/bars, bathrooms suck, and for some reason the corridors are about 6' wide. Seating sucks in the waiting area for United-about 1/2 as many seats as needed for the plane and most of the passengers are clueless-mostly old retired Phoenix persons and young ones with 3 kids.. It's always nice just to get on the plane there.

Malabo, Equatorial Guinea in about 2002. Was an open air cinder block building. There was a some vertical slot like openings that they threw everyone's luggage into and people dug through the pile inside the building.

LAX, straight out of the 60's decor... Had to exit the airport, get on a bus and re-enter security to switch terminals

Golden Triangle Airport between Columbus and Starkville, MS.

Only food available is a snack vending machine..no restaurants. And I had to wait 3 hours to board on a delay...because the plane hit a bird and by law it needed the mechanic to inspect it. Well the mechanic, according to the guy over the intercom, was at deer camp and they had to call him in so it took awhile

Way to many people who dont travel posting names of random cities and airports in here. The answer to this question is nowhere in the us. Just pick a third world shithole and I have probably been there and they all suck. I have connected back through just about every major airport in the us and anyone that says atl sucks is an idiot. Sorry your one flight was delayed but atl is one of the worlds best airports almost every truly frequent flyer will agree on this.

Miami if you have to go through customs. I will always fly home through Texas if I have to.
