I spent the last 15 years or so I was working in a surgical setting primarily. Sneezing was reason to leave the room. Rarely happened though as by the time the air gets into a surgical suite it’s been at least filtered several times (facilities even have uv lighting in the ductwork).

Get a whoopie cushion. Have it ready at all times. The second you hear a loud sneeze, squeeze it. Then yell out the name of the a-hole who sneezed and blame a loud fart on him.
