I saw another video of a very similar thing where a guy removed all the weights from one side and the bar and opposite side weights were falling the same way heading straight for some guys head when it so happened a 3rd guy was in between the bar and the would be victim, and he quickly caught the bar.

2) she’s unloading plates for her man, there’s nothing impressive here other than her stupidity
3) this generally only happens when you have more than a 45 lb. offset - 135 lbs. on one side (assuming 315 total and no faggy bumper plates) is a no no

The gym videos that make me shake my head and laugh are the ones where people, both men and women, have absolutely no clue how to use the equipment properly.

When I lived in LA, I worked out at a biker gym, then a place where Pro Wrestlers worked out.
The basic bitches were noticeably absent in those places, serious people show up.

While it is often funny, and many are fake, it would also be much better if someone were to actually take a few seconds to show them how to properly use the equipment. "You need to do better. Mind your own business!"
