It’s not difficult to find a therapist who works outside of normal business hours at least one day a week.
I decided to see a therapist about a family situation 2 weeks ago. I literally called the first one on my insurance and asked if she ever worked past 5. I’m going to my first appointment Monday outside of regular hours.
