How is it not? She doesn't have to worry about what makes up more than half of most people's budgets. She is of fully legal age, the parents wouldn't be doing anything morally, ethically, or legally wrong by throwing her out.
So yes, it's support. Not merely basic parental responsibility.

Not sure if it's been mentioned. Another site also pointed out that not only does she live at home but she continues to attend an exclusive all girls private school costing $22,000 a year at her parents expense. She may be a bit privileged. LOL
