Definitely a lifestyle change. I've said it before but the best advice I've ever heard is that eating well isn't something you wake up in the morning and decide to do for the day, it's a lifestyle.
Both of my parents are health freaks so I grew up with that type of thinking. I know a lot of people don't though. My wife didn't. It's something she's had to learn.

bullshite.. As a guy that has had both, women most definitely prefer a nice body. If you've never experienced life as a guy with abs/nice arms, you're missing out. Girls approach you regularly. It's almost too easy at times.

Dating a male who is in good shape only reminds them that they are lazy. Have poor discipline and determination.
