It is literally your opinion.
You're not happy with your fatness. You can either come to terms with it and stop eating bags of cheetos as a snack, or you can keep acting like a chubby ho.

That woman is so full of shite. Five years ago I weighed just under 200 with a 37" waist and I'm not a big guy. Quit soft drinks and started eating better and smaller portions. Started losing weight almost immediately.
Got down to around 160 in less than a year and then started jumping rope and doing push ups and sit ups.
I'm down to around 145 with a 32 inch waist. Had to buy all new cloths because my old shite looked ridiculous. Never going back to being the fat little guy again. I feel better than when I was 30. Turn 52 this Friday.

I lost right at 70 lbs in just over two months.
But in my defense virtually all my excess weight was fluid retention from my organs shutting down.
And I can have 2000 mg of sodium a day, thank you.

Remember that it's not about the gym. That's the biggest misconception.
People think cardio will get them in shape. You can't have a 600 calorie surplus and then go to the gym, run 3 miles (burn 320 calories) and then go home thinking you've won the battle for the day.
It's all about eating well. Hell, learn about Intermittent Fasting if you're having trouble overeating. Or do little things like tell yourself you're going to cut out bread for a month. Or no sugar drinks. Or candy.
Once you've learned how to manage your food, you can go to the gym and get the results you want. It'll still be hard because it takes work. But you can use cardio to actually cut calories and hit an actual deficit (if that's what you want) or you can use a surplus to build muscle. Don't try to do it all at once just to burn yourself out.

Yep. Plus, portion sizes are so disgustingly big most places.

Pecker spends a lot of time trying to justify dad bods.
It's kind of concerning.

Shop well and you'll eat well. My wife (feels weird to type that) makes fun of me because my shopping cart makes me look like a retard. I'll buy like 5, 1-lb packs of sliced deli chicken, a bunch of cucumbers, a bag of almonds, beef jerky, cheese and milk and a few other things. And eat that all week as meals.
You don't have to do that. But find a happy medium. I do that because if I have any unhealthy food around, I'll eat it. In fact, I'll eat anything especially after my workouts. That's why I stock the place full of protein rich foods.

I go to the store around five times a week. I'm lucky that I can walk to the store, so it isn't a big deal. I love food and try and eat protein rich and low carb during the week. Weekends I'll sometimes stray, but the longer I do this the easier it becomes. It really is a lifestyle change.
