You fricking hysterics are comical. She bumped his bike. Didn't even knock him over, yet in your mind she tried to kill him.

Witnesses said it appeared intentional.
A vehicle is a deadly weapon.

Well, I have other things to do.
You guys go on beating your chests supporting Billy Badass Biker blowing away a mother on her porch.
*Witnesses. aka BBB's buddies. Real reliable witnesses.

Morales intentionally struck Derr's motorcycle, but because the motorcycle was moving, Derr was not injured, Sampsell said. Morales and Derr exchanged words just before she struck him, Sampsell added.
"We don't know why she hit him." Sampsell said. "She swerved into him and prior to the vehicle making impact he warned her to stay away, and he is pulling away and she gets to the side of him and comes right into him."

Yeah, but you'll spam every page of this thread anyway.
You've already made it clear that you don't like motorcycles or the people who ride them, but that doesn't make it legal for a woman to hit a bike, flee the scene, then threaten the person she hit.

Hormones, and she thinks she's untouchable as a pregnant woman.

The common denominator in every single one of these issues is guns.

That is *a* common denominator, not *the* common denominator.

No, the common denominator is individuals thinking they can threaten/confront/fight individuals with little to no repercussions

Them chasing her down and parking themselves in her yard makes it easy for me to say I wouldn't have had much issue with her mowing them down if they didn't leave when she told them to.
I am pretty sure you can't shoot people for standing in your front yard.

Link to anything saying they knew him before she went off and swerved at him? I am not saying they didn't. I am saying that I have read a lot on this, and nothing I have seen says they knew each other.

This article does a better job explaining it and gives more creed to the bikers self defense.

quote:Most people would've stayed inside, locked the doors, and called 911 while keeping their gun pointed at the door.
And I think most people, broads especially, are going to be nervous to flat out terrified if three pissed off bikers are chasing them home.
quote:One case involved an unarmed person shot, the other involved a person shot after they retrieved a gun and came outside pointing it at someone. One case involved wannabe vigilantes following someone they had no evidence committed any crime, the other case involves the victim actually witnessing the crime happen and following the perp. Not seeing the parallels there.
eta-Has some Arbery parallels

You sound as if you tried to play Billy Badass with a motorcycle club once and got educated for trying. Stupid games yield stupid prizes.
