Her larger concern may be that her attorney put out a statement with multiple spelling and grammatical errors. That might not bode well for her future representation.

I'm gonna try to be a good poster and not start a new thread. What are legal ways to get revenge.

Because I think that teens having sex wirh teens shouldn't carry a fricking sex offender status is creepy?
Did you have sex with another teenager as a teenager?
All I'm saying is puritanical laws are bullshite. I'm not Cruising high schools. I have kids. That doesn't mean I'm completely emotional instead of logical.
But I still remember high school and times have changed. Laws shouldn't be so stagnant and ruin kids' lives.

I'm gonna have to bring up a daughter in THIS world. I can only arm her with real knowledge and be a good dad and hope she doesn't...well, I don't even want to talk about it.

Well sure they are. They have instant en masse validation of stupid behaviours and far reaching consequences that we can barely fathom.
